A Legacy Rooted in Faith, Grown Through Generations.

Pleasant Grove Baptist Church began in 1879 in the heart of the Pleasant Grove community, nestled between Eridu and Shady Grove, Florida, on the Taylor and Madison County line. What started as a small gathering of believers has grown into a lasting spiritual home for families across the region.

Today, our doors remain at 8985 Alton Wentworth Road in Greenville, Florida, where we continue the same mission that has guided us for nearly a century and a half: to love God, love our neighbors, and walk together in faith. Every Sunday, longtime members and new faces alike gather to worship, study God's Word, and grow as one church family.
