Pleasant Grove Baptist Church was started in the Pleasant Grove community in 1879. It is located between Eridu Florida, and Shady Grove, Florida on the Taylor and Madison County line at 8985 Alton Wentworth Road, Greenville, FL 32331.
The church currently has services on Sunday Morning at 11:00 AM. Small group Bible Studies begin at 9:45 AM with four adult groups. Adult 1, Wisdom Seekers, Barnabas and Senior Lades. These small group Bible studies encourage participants growth in their spiritual walk. Anyone is welcome to participate. (Now avalable on web site only)
Youth activities and children classes are available at 9:45 AM that teach and mentor students to experiance God’s word and the music of our faith. (Now avalable for students only and only on web site only)
Wednesday afternoon services begin at 5: PM Men’s Meeting and devotion. The primary purpose is to discus ministries and activities led by the “Brotherhood”. At 6:00 PM Youth classes are held throughout the school year.
“Second Chance” devotion and prayer group meetings led by Pastor at 6:30 PM is a continued discussion of the previous studies using the Bible Studies for Life studies by Life Way.
